I’m a Marine Veteran who have always done my firearm transfers at Streichers. Today I got the unfortunate news that my Rifle was sent back to the seller because Streichers changed their policy to only do firearm transfers for Law Enforcement officers. Aside from the inconvenience, I believe the new policy is discriminatory towards Military Veterans and regular civilians. It breaks my heart to know my favorite store has chosen to go this route

Great customer service! Good service seems to be increasing difficult to find for me lately but not so at Streicher’s. Each of their employees has been very attentive and helpful. Even amongst a great team of employees Chu stands out. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chu several times (with uniforms, streamlights, and equipment) and I continue to be very impressed with his efficiency and friendliness. Highly recommend their shop and Chu especially.

I stumbled upon Streicher's searching for ammunition and I can't believe my good fortune in finding them. Their prices are excellent, but where they truly excel is in customer service. Tammy is the person with whom you will communicate regarding orders, or questions about their merchandise. She is beyond amazing. Not only is she pleasant, and personable, she is extremely competent, a quality sadly missing from many individuals these days tasked with customer service.I can confidently recommend Streicher's as a wonderful company with whom to conduct business, and for their products, prices and support.
