Had great shower. Great water pressure, room not to small, fan worked, and clean. What was a surprise was to see fresh food on the grill. That is the exception to how most Pilots are oblivious to the fact that We all run at different times and sometimes don't stop and eat til late in the night or early mornings. And this is one of the few places we can find hot food after restaurants have shut down. Thank you for that. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this Pilot for quite some time, and today was the first time I was told I wasn’t allowed to rinse out my coffee mug in the sink next to the coffee machines. Whoever the black lady was on duty this morning around 9:30am is the one who said I couldn’t because it was for hand washing. Hand washing? In the food and beverage area? Don’t people usually wash their hands in the restroom? Is that where I was expected to rinse out my mug before grabbing a fresh cup to start my day? That rubbed me the wrong way, and I will not be coming back to this location.

The 3rd shift crew Cindy and Sandy....Saved me night when I need to print off some documents. They were prompt and knowledgeable and didn't mind assisting with the matter. Thanks again!!! 10 Out of 10!!!

No major complaints with this Pilot, other than the typical small parking lot and lack of sit down restaurant (IE: Denny's).
Note to self: Verizon signal weak, data slow.

I was here a few time and I realy like it a lot better and safer than many other places you could stay.
On this Day I had nothing but Trouble with everything on daily Basis and when I went for a relaxing shower I met a nice Lady on the Desk and she made my Day better. Thanks for the Hug and may God bless you, your Family and the crew in this Store.

Wow, great gas prices, super clean and well stocked bathrooms, and friendly staff. Impressed!
Looks like they also have showers here.
Though it was too close to dinner time for coffee or trays, the place looked so well maintained that I have no doubt coffee would be fresh and treats yummy. 😋

The staff is beyond delightful & this is the cleanest Pilot I have personally come across! You can tell the restroom/shower staff (I was present on 10/21/24) and property management was so intentional and took pride in their work. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work!
