They have a good scam going on there for parking. On one side it's clearly is posted reserver parking in bright yellow letters. On the other side it's so faded you can't read it at all unless you look hard. But they let drivers park there until late at night then knock on your truck and tell you that you pay or move. The parking lot is totally full. No place to park. So they got you . Bunch of sorry individuals to do this. Just another way to rip a driver off. I'll never spend another dollar at this Pilot again. All of them are nothing but lowlife crooks.

This place has gone down hill over the past few years. The customer service sucks!! It shouldn't even get a star. After waiting in line while a cashier was chit-chating with a guy for almost 10min. I got told rudely because I needed 2 separate transactions that I had to get out of line, & wait for all the other customers to pass through. I then said I wont purchase the other product. Arbys ain't any better they're always out of stock on something they even ran out of roast beef! & there Andys Mint shake they came out with last spring they didn't have it available for 6months! There shake machine was always down. Horrible I live in the area & my family & friends agree & won't go here no more.! Word travels fast & I hope they get a change of ways here soon!! There are few good employees that work there pay them more fire the rest

It’s a stop Arby’s is good nice staff rude on the store side, we are not titled to take the junk ma and pops stops are better than these pilots anymore smh, mold in shower one on roof how hard spray wipe down after done using

Normally I like this Pilot. It’s my local, I park here when I’m home every other weekend. I haven’t showered at this one, but the bathroom is usually OK. HOWEVER, today 10/30/23, I was getting ready to Fuel and leave for 2 weeks, around 3am, and all the diesel pumps were down. When I went inside to ask, they could only tell me they were told it was a system update and couldn’t give me an ETA. That’s pretty frustrating! I understand a system may need to be updated and since they’re 24hrs, there is no “ideal” time. BUT YOU CAN ARM YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH KNOWLEDGE instead of leaving them having to shrug a customer off when asking if they had any idea how long it would be down. I didn’t know if it would be 5 minutes, 30, an hour, or what?? And they couldn’t tell me either. THANKFULLY, by the time I cleaned my windows and checked my load securement, they were back on. But it was definitely a frustrating experience with a location that is normally a bit better (except for all the drivers that make their own parking!! I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I’ve had to bang on a window or door to get an idiot parked in the driveway, sleeping, so I could get out of a parking spot!)

Great gas station and convenience store. They have fresh coffee and pastries plus most anything you can imagine to kill hunger pangs. I'd give it 5 stars if it had valet parking.

Hiring manager charles failed to send me three emails and blamed me when I told him I needed a job as soon as possible. Told me he had no idea what letterhead was, which I needed. Found our from another employee he uses letterhead. Continued to blame me, told me my paper i.d. wouldn't work which delayed the process further and blamed me for not having it. When I told him my transportation is on bike. Never told me times of the interview untill I asked. Told him I had to get a new i.d. and would take a little longer and when I was 7 minutes late he told me he wouldn't no longer give me an orientation knowing my situation and biking to work. 0 empathy/sympathy from the guy. Blamed me for everything when I told him I needed this job more than anything in the world because it's one of the only jobs near me. If he wouldn't have lied and said he could get me a letter on letterhead I would have been hired months ago. I left him 4 messages I had to ride my bike to deliver to the store with my number, he never called back. Then tried to blame me for not leaving a message or calling or emailing when I did all of the above over 3 times with no response. And he wonders why he has a hard time getting good workers. My work ethics are emasculate. But due to his non responsiveness in a not so busy store he absolutely screwed me over and was happy to tell me because I was 7 minutes late, due to getting a new i.d. because my valid paper i.d. wasnt good enough, that he wouldn't hire me. Alot of his former employees that he's had told me he had the same behavior with them with failed to send and return emails, and calls. And I told him every time I needed a job as soon as possible and desperately. So desperately I rode my bike there every time to get a hold of him because he wouldn't return my calls or messages. Whoever is in charge of this guy should fire him and see how he likes not having a job to put food on his families table. Absolutely no sympathy and just blamed me and told me I wasn't returning his calls or sending him emails to save himself for forgetting. Highly disappointed I've been coming to this gas station for 28 years spending my money here and even wanted to help my local community to be the best gas station it could be. And had every intention to be the best worker at this institution and even told him that and he said he didn't believe me. The bathrooms never have soap when I come here and they clearly need help and I was more than willing to go above and beyond. But because he wouldn't just make copies of my paper receipt and find my other one that was left in a friend's car which I told him in advance I'm going to try to be as fast as I can so I the original i.d. but might be a few minutes late. He tuned me down and now he happily rejected me of a job I desperately needed so I don't have to bike to work in the hot heat and winter and was happy about it. When someone has to bike to a job site 7 times just to relay a message that could have just been a phone call, you know the hiring manager has some major issues especially when this location is desperately looking for work.

It took 2 hrs to get a shower. No one is cleaning or providing towels. All drivers left. Worst polite Travel Center to get a shower..

Took 12 minutes to get gas in my work truck with come in swipe a card to leave a prepaid amount then leave my card pump the gas til full then come back in to swipe again enter info and sign etc. Anywhere else that's done at the pump under 4 minutes easy. Won't go back unless desperate!

Reserved Parking isn't clearly marked... so you get settled into a Parking spot, and someone knocks on your door demanding a $17US Fee to stay the night. Gotta love being an ATM machine !!!??

Would give zero stars if possible. Horribly slow! Don't stop here if u want a shower. Waited over an hr when there were only 3 ppl ahead of us! On top of that, there were six ppl on line and only one cashier. Never again stopping here ?

Employees are absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate by mocking my appearance in front of me, called to speak to a manager and he sounded careless. If you have a choice go somewhere else to avoid employees that treat others like they're not humans.
