I stopped in to see if they would be willing to do some work on my VW Camper. It wasn't something they thought they wanted to take on, but gave some good advise on how to deal with the areas of concern. I appreciate the honesty and not jerking me around saying they can do it and then never following through. Been down that road with another shop.
