Absolutely will not recommend. They are very crooked. They turned me over for a month of service for $106 for internet after I cancelled my service and moved out of the apartment I lived in. Now this is going on two years later I am being harassed by debt collectors for something I do not owe them. I paid this service provider on time, never late, and usually a week early before the statement even came out! Do not use them! They screwed me over and wrecked my credit after I went to their office in Cameron in person twice and made several phone calls to fix the issue. Don't do business with them as they have blatant disrespect for any customers they accrue or had prior. Any time I had issues with the internet it took them days to come out and fix the problem.
I, on the other hand, recommend Spectrum. Professional, fast service and WAY cheaper than Mosaic and better faster MBPS. I have over 200 more MBPS for $26 bucks a month cheaper. Hardly ever have issues and can download and upload at speeds that put Mosaic (even with their fiber optics) to shame.
Mosaic, do better. You will find that I will never be a customer to you again, and will make sure anyone I know is aware of the practices you do.

Very overpriced for what you get. Speeds are not great at all, maybe 100mbps at best. Very laggy connection and internet drops out frequently. They claim fiber optic internet is on the way and I've been hearing that for over 5 years and I'm done waiting. The only reason they are 2 stars instead of 1 star is because their customer service is quite good.

Tried to schedule for installation of fiberoptic internet to a property within town limits. Was told they don't service in that area when in reality the next door neighbor has mosaic as a provider. They kept telling they'll call back but they don't value keeping promises.

For 1 thing they need handicapped doors! I recently had shoulder surgery and the door hit my arm right below it.
Also, if you fall behind on your bill and they shut you off you will be billed for the time you are shut off. They claim your service is still active. The power company doesn't bill you while you're shut off. What gives these people the right to do that? I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting my opinion!
I would like to add that I received an email regarding this review. They were supposed to call me back by Friday to talk about my bill. I know they're not open on the weekend but I never heard from them it's Sunday night now. The policies of this place is ridiculous.
I did finally hear from them. Although the email said they would work with me this is not the case. They insisted that I had to pay the full amount of the bill. I will NEVER go back to this outfit. They promise 1 thing and demand something else.
I received a statement on September 5 2024 showing a zero balance. They credited my account with the last of what I owed them.

We have wifi with this company our ping is good for the most part. It does run smooth, but there are times when we lose connection, especially at night. I wish they offered fiber optic. But overa, l I like it.

Top notch service. It goes out for a few minutes sometimes. A reasonable amount of sometimes. The 1 gig speed is actually 600 but thatās just how internet companies are now, so itās really the best internet you can actually get around here. 120 a month.
4 stars cuz I want 1 gig to mean 1 gig. But other than that itās great.

I live right in town. I should have fiber optic internet, my internet lags, especially while playing video games. It doesn't go throughout my house. Their routers are terrible for almost $90 a month that you'd think the internet would be better, but it's very subpar

Signed up for service for my mom at assisted living. After a week called talked to person that set up service to begin with told her mom couldnāt make it work. Told her I was canceling service, decided to keep one more week. End of week returned equipment was told again by the same representative that I wouldnāt be charged for the entire time.Kept getting bills called repeatedly told to wait and it would be worked out. Not true. Got bill for the entire amount and sc for not paying bill as was told not to. Gave all inf to customers service said they would listen to calls, could not find out what I was saying so basically calling me a liar. So not Mosiac ever.

HORRIBLE! Do business with LITERALLY anyone else. Upped my bill once because they no longer offered the package we had. Upped my bill again because I āfell offā some program, back charged me for said program as well. (I have no idea what the program is) Iāve never paid a bill late, I typically paid for months at a time. But after my bill doubled, we decided to look elsewhere for service. We got a new provider set up and I called to cancel my current service with Mosaic only to be told I still have to pay for the entire month. Service is shut off, they did that without hesitation, but Iām still stuck paying for it. AFTER I was told on Tuesday, December 5th by the woman in the billing department that as long as it was shut off by the 28th of December, it would be pro-rated.Called on Monday, December 11th to have it turned off and I was told āweāll call you back about the pro-rateā. Itās Thursday and I havenāt heard anything. So I called. Of course, canāt get anyone to actually answer the phone aside from the very friendly gentleman in tech support. Unfortunately, he didnāt have anything to do with billing, so he was unable to assist aside from forwarding my information to the disgustingly rude lady in billing.The service is subpar, the customer service SUCKS, and the company is an absolute JOKE! So thankful there is FINALLY another option in my area.edit : after looking at my account online, I see my service has been disconnected as of 12/12/2023, but Iām still paying for it through 12/28/2023 (this is when I was told the billing cycle ends) and now I have a $205.73 charge for a router that I was told could be returned! Just one more reason to steer clear of this company of cons

I am so disappointed in Mosaic Technologies and their installation. They installed residential fiber-optic at my neighbors and had to come into my yard to hook up to the box. They dug a 10 x 10ā area and left holes and rocks and did not level out the lawn area like it was before they dug.I am left with having to remove rocks bring in soil to fill the holes, rake it level, and seed and mulch it. I have contacted them twice providing pictures and describing the situation and have heard nothing from them.I installed fiber-optic through Mosaic two years ago and had the same issue of an inadequate install. I have to be careful when I mow because part of the line is exposed.Because of the inadequate install and lack of responding to my concerns, neighbors have decided that they will not install Mosaic fiber optic.

Mosaic Technology of Cameron is a wonderful company to work with. They are patient with helping solve any user problems and are quick to replace equipment if necessary. We are very happy with their service.
