“Have been working with Rudig Jensen for the last 15+ years and many cars and trucks through the years.
My loyalty comes from the unique experience with the now owner. Derrick Nelsen who was a salesperson at the time. The local Body Shop called him directly after my car was totaled on the interstate and due to the hour my friends were unavailable. I was stuck at 8:00 at night. The Body Shop owner said trust him as he ‘will take good care of you and he has integrity’
He showed up after hours-open the dealership-and put me into a car and trusted me to show up 10 am next morning to sign the paperwork. (Got to love rural folks in WI)
Eight cars/trucks+ later with friends and family-the same dedication to honesty, integrity and great service. Would not want to ever take my business elsewhere-Rudig Jensen is special!!”
“Last Friday I had my lug nuts come loose while on the freeway and I had my van towed to Bobby. He got the van in right away to make sure the rim wasn't bent and checked the rest of my tires and had the lug nuts properly tightened. I so appreciate his kindness in getting me in so quickly and making sure the van was safe to continue on my trip. Thank you Bobby!”
“First off to all the people complaining about price. How much do you think it cost to own and operate a wrecker that can tow a semi? Insurance overhead paying someone competent to do the job safely and correctly? Second how much is it worth for someone to risk life to sit on the side of the interstate and hook up you broken down junk? $2000 sounds cheap to me I got my truck off the road safely and without damage.”
