About The Great American Pancake Co.
We pride ourselves in purchasing high-end ingredients for our recipes, which continue to keep the taste and quality of our mixes a success in the pancake/waffle market. Ten varieties are offered year-round, including our signature Cinnamon, Angel Cakes, Buttermilk and Brown Sugar & Oatmeal. In the fall of the year, we offer Cider Cakes to celebrate the apple bounty in Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to pancakes and waffles, just by tweaking the recipe a bit, voila… you can produce your own muffins, cookies, and scones. Great American Pancake Company loves to bring family together enjoying our pancakes/waffles and some quality time with each other.
