Von Ruden Meat Processing is a world class meat market and an asset to the small community. It is known for its excellent products and superb, juicy bacon. The snack sticks are phenomenal and number one, made with nothing but quality meats. The ham is never dry. Their brats, including bacon cheddar brats, are the hands-down best and so good. They are great supporters of the local schools. The jalapeno cheddar sausage and jalapeno cranberry beefsticks are okay, with some preferring a little more jalapeno. The shop keeps its slaughter floor very clean. Customers report that however far you have to drive to check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
