So far so good. Friendly , helpful and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Even willing to help me out with installing parts that have not arrived yet. Just can't say enough about the service, had an issue with a part couple weeks after delivery and they went out of there way to make it right. Great job guys!

As a female rider it can be intimidating going to look for a new motorcycle. Having a not so pleasant experience a couple other places, I was hesitant on walking in the door. However, the motorcycle I wanted was there so I walked through the doors and was greeted right away. Scott and the rest of the team I worked with were simply amazing. Thank you for making the process of purchasing the right motorcycle for me a fantastic experience!!

Even though Cedar Creek was unable to handle our opportunity, Brian was great to work with. Odd to hand out 5 stars? I can appreciate it when a business would prefer to stay in their lane, stick to your core competency. Honest, saves us both time, no loss for either party. We’ll definitely see them in the future for our big toy needs.

We purchased our new CF Moto side-by-side from Cedar Creek Motorsports, and this place is the best! Frankie, Alex, Chad, and the entire Cedar Creek crew were very knowledgeable, worked with our budget and wants, and gave us both an incredible deal and the best customer service around. We cannot recommend them enough - we will definitely be back for any future needs and wants.

This review aims to shed light on my experience.First and foremost, I must acknowledge that the buying process itself was smooth and hassle-free. The sales team was friendly, and I felt comfortable during the negotiation phase. However, my troubles began after the purchase, specifically with a registration issue that they caused.Cearderburg Motors made an error during the registration process. It is important to note that mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, what has disappointed me the most is the lack of urgency and responsiveness on their part in resolving this matter.Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance and a resolution, I feel as if the dealership is avoiding me or not taking my concerns seriously. promises of follow-ups were not fulfilled. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.Moreover, I cannot help but feel a bit scammed by the situation. As a customer, I expected better service and support from a reputable dealership such as Cearderburg Motors. He treated me as an equal and helped me find a motorcycle that I can ride for many years to come.Update: after having some accessories put on I had the pleasure of a Hayden delivering my bike. Amazing place and very attentive and helpful staff. Scott greeted me at the door and helped me every step of the way. I purchased a 2002 Honda Goldwing and got a fantastic deal. They handled everything. I waited for barely 10 minutes, they called me into the office and all the paperwork was ready to be signed and 5 minutes later I was ready to ride my bike home !! Just received the title in the mail today. A true No Hassle easy experience from start to finish.

Great overall experience. I was looking to trade in my 2014 Boulevard for something lighter and easier to handle. Their website was well laid out and easy to navigate.I submitted a trade valuation and was contacted by Scott same day. We worked together and picked a day to meet. The process was so easy and best of all, low pressure.They gave me a fair offer in trade for my bike, didn't charge an excessive amount of fees, and I was out of there with my like new, used bike.Scott was very easy to work with and I felt like I wasn't pressured into anything. Final paperwork went smooth and I wasn't pressured into a lot of add-ons I didn't want or need. I will be back next season to buy a new bike. I highly recommend these guys, top notch. Thank you!
