Been taking my son here his whole life (10 years) & took him in for a high fever and cough that has been going on for weeks. Doctor was so rude and condescending. She wouldn't listen when I would answer her questions, made my son uncomfortable, didn't test him for anything & questioned why my son would have an inhaler in his chart without being diagnosed with asthma (a previous provider at that clinic prescribed it). By the end she may has well called us crazy for bringing him in since at that moment his fever was low grade. Worst experience ever. We will 100% be switching clinics

Been going to this clinic for 20 years and just found out my primary retired. Went in for a rash on my face. First question nurse asked me was how I identify…then preceded to ask me how I identified at birth?!? Then went on to ask if I was a he/she/him blah blah…I refused to answer.The sooner we stop complying with this abuse…the sooner it ends!Welcome to the democrats’ America!!!!!

Been going here my whole life, my PCP just recently retired. I didn't receive anything about who was taking his place, so I called to inquire. The front desk lady was rambling off names I could see, then when I asked her if what I heard was correct she then gave attitude saying, "NO, THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID" and was chuckling. I told her right away her attitude has turned me off from this clinic. Then she proceeded to call me back, arguing with me and saying she wasn't giving me attitude and was clearing up what she said. This place has gone down the drain, I will never go back....what a shame after going there 29 years

Dr. Nartey is awesome. I can't speak for the urgent care or anything about his staff and him are definitely great. If you need a PCP I'd consider him for sure. Very polite, professional and thorough.

I need to request a refill of my medication multiple times before it goes through, just for them to send it to the wrong location even though I confirmed the address with them.

This is the only doctor's office I have been to my whole life. The past year they have been HORRIBLE. All of the doctors are leaving. They disconnected their medication refill line, which doesn't matter since you'd have to call more than once since they can't get it done in the time frame they say. I had a physical with my doctor right before she left for another position and now the office is saying I can't get my prescriptions refilled since she's not there even though it was approved before she left. I will never return to this place as it continues to get worse.

Dr. Hagen is my daughter's pediatrician. My daughter had the booster for her COVID vaccine and let me state my daughter is going to school to be a nurse. Her side effect from the booster gave her a headache, chills, nausea and the next morning she passed out in the bathroom at our house smacked her head against the bathtub and her eyes rolled in the back of her head. I took her to the ER. Her heartrate was at 148 and blood pressure was 147/92. ER nurses and Dr.'s both stated it is the side effect from the booster. They suggested having my daughter get an exempt excuse from Dr. Hagen so she does not get anymore boosters because of her reaction. Dr. Hagen said she would not sign it. Dr. Hagen we are done with you! My daughter has been with Dr. Hagen for a long time. My daughter is 19yrs old. This is horrible. Would you rather see her die?

Horrible clinic, was once the best. 7 days waiting for test results. Half hour on hold. Drove to clinic for results, 3 receptionists not on phones. Dr and team not in. Comupters not working. No in house lab. Dr.'s , Nurses, lab people all leaving. Should be investigated by the State

Based on 20+ years as a patient (both a parent & child), I can attest that something has drastically changed at Cedar Mills in the last year and it hasn’t been positive. The office manager needs to be canned as it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. Apparently, they have opted not to answer phone calls or certainly not in a reasonable amount of time. Twice in the last quarter, medication reauthorizations have required repeated phone calls and resulted in unacceptable delays resulting in a lack of medication. Two different pharmacies have indicated that Cedar Mills Clinic office has failed to respond to their calls for reauthorization. Changes have occurred subsequent to the Columbia-St. Mary’s acquisition by Ascension. I am now 16 minutes into my current wait on hold. Add this to the 25 minutes I wasted last week in an unsuccessful effort to reach them. Obviously, I have trusted the physicians and medical staff but there is clearly a barrier to reaching them that is beyond their control.

We've been attending this place for about 10 years. Nowadays it is a normal situation when the doctor is "a little bit behind" (usually ~40-50 minutes). No respect to patients time. They are just trying to gather as many patients as possible and get their money. Who cares for how long they'll wait...As was mentioned before, scheduling process is horrible even when you're on site. No online scheduling. They are stuck in 20th century.

Some of the doctors are nice, but this is the worst place to schedule appointments. There should be more options to scheduling appointments beyond waiting on the phone for 45 minutes or an hour. Online scheduling doesn't always work, and the option of providing a call back number would be very appreciated.

This place is more for the Doctors, and employees, that the patients. To this day they insist I didn't have two x-rays and was never their. That infers I'm dilutional. Trying to find someone to help me with this problem I hound no Advocate's for patients, other than those run by the Mother Corporations.

I have been going to this restaurant for 15 yrs. And I have always been satisfied. The food is good. The people is very attentive and manerable. I hope it stays open for a long time to come.
