Called a little before they opened for a look at my tire, was able to get in right away. Fix didn't take that long and didn't break the bank

I have only been going here for less than a year and can not stress enough about the quality of knowledge and skill in the quality of any repairs, but Dennis, the owner charges a very fair price and is very honest. He does not up-charge either. And Ladies? How many of us have been taken advantage of at countless other places we thought we could trust? Right?Dennis is straight forward and is very fair, explains the issues in a way we can understand and will give a list of what needs attention first and what can be done down the line by priority. And I live in Oconomowoc and find his type of service is well worth the drive!

This was an awesome experience. I called on a Wednesday morning and asked if it was possible for them to look at my car that day, as I believed I was experiencing brake/rotor issues and I honestly wasn't comfortable driving my car. Not only did Dennis get my car in that day, but he gave me a loaner to borrow. Once Dennis had a chance to look at my car (probably no more than an hour after I dropped it off), he called me to let me know what the issue was and provided me with a quote. He also told me that my car's rear brakes looked good and didn't need any work at that time. Within a few hours, Dennis called me back to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes be an anxiety-inducing, distrustful experience, but Dennis made this so easy. I would recommend anyone, man or woman, to go here for car repairs.Services: Auto brake repair

Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. They r Never gonna upsell and they do give U a call if anything else should pop up. They r also honest about if it should be a priority to fix right now or if U can wait a bit. Very helpful on the pocketbook upfront… and budget. I am a 57 years old and have been to many dif auto repair shops thru out the years and Dennis, the owner, and his staff have all been awesome to work with. I have had good experiences, too along the way, but this shop rises to the top! Definitely worth ur time to check out at least.

I stopped in based on a referral. Staff was so friendly and welcoming.. at first. All I needed was a leaky tire patched, which was quoted at $20ish and 15ish minutes. Perfect! I drove down immediately. I sat for a bit in this cute little waiting room. I kept busy looking at the photos and witty signs.Eventually staff came out to inform me that he couldn't find the leak so he put some weight on the tire and was going to wait a few hours. So far I’m writing up a glowing review in my mind. I even took pictures of the waiting room hoping to gain traction for my review. He later called to tell me it was probably a sticky air valve and the tire might be fine. I drove down to have him put it on for me. A few minutes into my wait, him and another customer who had been outside by my car with him walked in. He announced that he couldn't get the tire on and "doesn't know why anyone buys those things." I know it's not the nastiest thing, but it was certainly offensive. It was worse when he was talking to the woman at the counter and she announced that she has "no desire to drive one of those fancy expensive cars." Now I’m feeling picked on/ the butt of some joke between them and it doesn't feel great. I was tempted to wheel the tire out and leave but figured I better not letting my hurt feelings get the best of me. As I got ready to leave, he told me that if I can't get help, I should to come back and he'd "take care of me." I thought that was sweet but I don’t think I'll be back unless I am driving an American car.As a woman, I’m thankful he didn't take advantage of me and pretend to "patch the tire" knowing full well it wasn't leaking. I paid $10 for the service and took it over to Blain's in Grafton where I was treated by an even more condescending repair technician... but more on that in my review on their page :)

My 2011 Hyundai Sonata recently began burning oil excessively. Dennis told me about problems with some model years and what Hyundai is doing about it. I checked with Hyundai Corporate, after being told incorrect information that from one local Hyundai dealership (where I had purchased the car). I called another local dealership, armed with a Case # from Coporate Hyundai, and have scheduled an oil consumption test. If it is confirmed that my car is acutally burning the oil (not leaking), I will be entitled to either an engine repair, or replacement engine at NO CHARGE! Thank you Dennis!!!

I have found a new mechanic! Extremely friendly, convenient and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to recommend C.A.R.S. to family and friends. As a single woman I did not feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of.

Called at 9:02am and asked if they repair or replace flat tires. He kindly said “Absolutely! Bring it on over!” By 9:15am he had already checked the tire, and determined it was repairable. By 9:20am the tire was repaired and I was on my way.I have NEVER had such FRIENDLY, FAST service. Such a good experience that really turned my morning and mindset around for the better. THANK YOU SO MUCH!Service: Tires

This is a great mechanic, they don't try to sell you things you don't need, service is always prompt, and in general it's not too hard to get in and out fairly promptly.I would highly recommend Cedarburg Auto Repair.
