Dr Schumacher and the team took such good care of our kitty when he was sick/injured from eating string...and they made sure we understood every step of the way. Highly recommend this office.

The staff at the clinic are very caring and very supportive. We had to say goodbye to one of our pets yesterday and everyone was so supportive. This was an emergency situation and our little guy had never been seen there before, but they opened their office for him and helped us make the difficult decision. Thank you for all you do!

We recently transitioned here and are so happy with our decision to do so! Both our elderly doggo and young pup see dr brewer. He's so great, spends time with them and answers all of our questions. Seems very knowledgable and is honest/informative when exploring treatment options. Every tech we have met has also been wonderful-courteous and sweet to the dogs. Dr brewer neutered our puppy and he had such a speedy recovery! We were pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and we feel safe having our dogs cared for here!

Cedarburg vet clinic is my absolute top vet that I go to. Let me start out by saying I am the furthest thing from a "fur mommy" and I own working dogs. I see chiropractors, Injury specialists, and holistic vets. My vet, Dr Brewer has known me since I was a kid and has been the best vet I have ever seen. My dog Jade has a wide variety of health issues, and Dr Brewer has always been on it. He never pushes spay and neuter on me, (which 99% of vets do, which is why I never return to them) and never pushes any kibble diets that I won't feed my dog. He is so incredibly helpful and genuinely understands my dogs unique needs. The vet techs and office staff know my dog and are so incredibly kind to us. I always will recommend and take my dogs to Cedarburg Vet clinic. By the way.. this isn't an emergency clinic. Not sure why the reviews are complaining that they don't take last minute appointments, and its because this isn't for emergencies. Go to your nearest ER clinic.

Check in and pick up went smoothly. Dr Schumacher is a wonderful vet. All staff are very professional. Charges were reasonable.

if you use Cedarburg Vet, be aware that they don't handle emergency situations. After we were told by the ER to have our dog seen ASAP, they said the earliest they could get her in was 6 weeks later. When I told them she is vomiting blood and we can't stop the bleeding without surgery, they pulled up her file and scolded me for passing on elective procedures that could have been dangerous for a 14 year old dog due to the sedation.

The care at Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic is outstanding! The staff has repeatedly shown me that they truly care about my animals. I also value how they've adapted during Covid. Allowing me to go into the building with my pet is very valuable.

I recently switched to cedarburg vet clinic from Best Friends. I just switched because I needed a change after having to put a sweet pet down at Best Friends. I have to say there is little to compare at this point. The staff behind the counter at cedarburg vet need training on customer service. The techs and Doc seems good. But because of the front desk I will be taking my dog elsewhere. Back to Best Friends vet clinic where I have always been treated professional and always received prompt response to questions and needs. Sorry to give this small vet a bad review but I was dealing with an emergency on 2 occasions and they do not even have a voicemail on weekends. I need to amend this review. It's basically one or 2 particular staff that I'm referring to.

We have been bringing out pets to Cedarburg Vet for about 20 years. Our most recent experience entailed the dreaded farewell to our beloved 15 year-old lab, Abraham. He loved going to the vet and always got so excited to see Kelly, Valerie and the rest of the team there. They spoiled him with attention and treats! Even when he was sick with cancer and in pain with a torn ligament, he loved going there, and we had to work to contain his excitement. Kelly has grown to know us and our pets so well, she feels like part of the family. Abe's last visit was no exception. Despite his aches, pains and creaky old bones he couldn't wait to see them one last time. We typically see Dr. Schumacher or Dr. Brewer so this was our first time meeting Dr. Dedering. She was so compassionate and thorough while answering our questions and addressing our concerns. It's the toughest decision a pet owner makes. They never rushed us and made the experience as pleasant as it could be given the circumstance. They helped us give our sweet Abraham the send off he deserved.
