Took the brand new Bronco through the car wash, after the dry cycle there was soap or wax or something all over it. Looked bad and difficult to remove.

My brand new car was scratched several times during the “touchless” wash. Have to wonder what’s flowing through the nozzles here.
When I called to inform the clerk and inquire respectfully how the gas station might make it right, the clerk was dismissive got defensive and disrespectful. Makes me wonder if these are honest business people with a moral compass for right and wrong, or just scammers out to make a buck at the customers expense… ?Beware

Horrible customer service. Blonde women in 40s who looks like she smokes a pack of day tried blaming me for her being incompetent and not knowing how to use the register. After I explained it she fixed it but was still extremely rude. Will not be coming back

Two days ago had a car wash went in the first wash bay and came out with two streaks of dirt on both sides of my car the jets must of been clog.
