I just got Covid for the first time and they are out of stock of paxlovid! 2 business day turnaround on an incredibly expensive drug that works best the sooner you take it!! When they still didn’t have it a day later I called and asked if neighboring CVS pharmacies had it. Grafton did. Yet I was not offered this option and lost a day earlier of treatment. Their website says they keep it in stock. NOT TRUE for Cedarburg.

Pharmacy is absolutely useless if you expect customer service. They will go out of their way to make certain it is your problem and not theirs. I will take all of my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy staff was very friendly and prompt doing COVID shots for littles. We watched six kiddos go through the process with two different proctors. Both did a FANTASTIC job working with the kids and the parents. Wait times were minimal when compared with their competitors. We traveled beyond our normal radius for this task and are quite pleased we did. If you had troubles with the pharmacy staff in the past (this is our first visit) you may want to give them a try again--I think you will have a better experience!

Horrible. Lie about having COVID results ready within 24 hours but by the time you get the results they are irrelevant (4-5 days). Rude people

I switched to a few years CVS and have been so happy with the change. The whole pharmacy staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Muhammad, one of the pharmacists, always says Hi when he sees me in the drive thru and makes sure my meds are good to go. They have been busier as they are doing Covid testing, but the rare wait time on the drive thru is worth it.
