Took my daughter here for a beginner tramp and tumble class. We began halfway through the year, because we had been waitlisted. She loved the class, the teacher, it seemed awesome. Class ends in June, summer passes. I go to enroll her in the next level tramp and tumble class to start in September. No wait list, great!Enrollment is denied- they told me she has to retake the beginner class again. Which are all completely full. So this absolutely crushed my daughter, who doesn’t understand why she can’t move on to the next class, or even attend gymnastics now. They need to tell people that are in these waitlisted situations that they won’t be able to move their children to the next level, so there aren’t any nasty surprises. What is the point of a waitlist if you can’t join a class to be able to move to the next level? This makes no sense. I tried to talk to Katie about this, is there any way my daughter can test out of beginner class? She did really well in the beginner. No-nothing can be done. In my opinion, this is no way to run a gymnastics gym aimed at serving children. My daughter is so so crushed and quite frankly, I feel scammed. There is no reason she shouldn’t be able to enroll in the next level class. Beware of North Shores waitlist- you will just have to retake the class again!

Just avoid this place when there are so many other better places to take your child for gymnastics.

We love it here. There's comments on here about not being able to use the trampolines. They say that to people not in classes for insurance purposes. It's the rule during open gym and birthdays. And the staff IS NOT RUDE. They just don't allow people to break the rules, which is whole heartedly appreciated. Some kids get really crazy during open gym and they make sure everyone is safe and responsible. Also, the classes and instruction is fabulous. It's not dirty, but it IS used for teams and therefore sometimes has Chalk and foam around. But everyone there loves and cares for the kids they teach.

One and done open gym. Will not be returning. They do not allow trampoline usage and of course that’s all the kids want to do. Rude employees reminding anyone there for open gym “aren’t insured to use the trampolines” but certain kids allowed who pay for classes there. Very hard to tell my child they couldn’t use them while watching others. Everything was dirty and dusty and insulation exposed on walls. The foam pit was literally falling apart and getting into kids eyes. I wish we had a better experience.

It's nice to see that the owner is very much involved and very caring and so is all the staff. They are supportive and it is a caring environment. My child enjoys being on the T&T team with Coach Jess she is just amazing. My child loves all her teammates and I have to say we are truly glad that we found North Shore even though we drive an hour to get here it is worth the drive. My child loves being apart of team. We enjoy the positive attitude and spirit and supporting all the kids at the meets. So if your kid likes jumping around on the trampoline and doing flips you should give this gym a try. My youngest one enjoys the ninja class and loves coming here. I can barely understand what he says but the one thing he is always very clear on is I have class I'm so excited I love my teacher.

Awe became me as I beheld the gleaming glory of gold Victory that stared down at me. Row upon row of trophies glittering on high while the children prance and play about the vast low mountain ranges and wooden bridges. Woe to the rival gyms that foolishly believe they stand a chance at defeating the sheer friendly atmosphere and superb skill of the phenomenal instructors here. Anyway that's the vibe I got when I brought my kiddo here for a Saturday class. Fun, safe, and supportive.

I looooove this place. It's so awesome in there. I'm jealous that I can't be in there with my daughter- not that I could do anything more than a cartwheel these days. In any case, they are equipped with everything you need to be a star gymnast on a team, or are just taking something for fun. The owner is an awesome guy who teaches Samurai for boys and my daughter's cheer tumbling class. She has so much fun! She also really liked tramp and tumble and rhythmic gymnastics. She's not making a career out of it but loves learning bit by bit!!Signed by verified mom of rec gymnast,Tamara

This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to for flipping. I came here with some of my friends to have fun and before we went in they warned us to not go on the trampolines. As I went in to the gymnasium I was watching someone I didn’t know jumping on the trampoline and they kicked him out. along with that they assumed that I was his friend and also kicked me out. the employees were rude and disrespectful and it was a horrible experience. DO NOT GO TO NORTH SHORE GYMNASTICS.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a gymnastics center. I attended one of their open gym sessions and they didn't allow me to use the trampolines. This was the only reason I came to the gym. It does not say this rule or any others on their website, and when I called them 3 times to ask about their rules, they did not answer the phone. In addition to this the coaches were rude to me. I would never go here again.

If you're looking for a place to take your children for some fun at open gym on a weekend, this place is not that place. The woman at the front test was incredibly rude, they stopped taking credit/debit cards because it "takes too long" because they have a cash register for the 80's, so instead of upgrading they just choose to cause inconvenience and choose to remain a business in the past. The children had limited things they were allowed to play on because they reserve their equipment for members of the gym ONLY even though it's open gym. It smells disgusting in there, and it's dirty. I would not waste my time here.
