“The help I received today from A.R. was excellent. I was at this store yesterday to buy a box and worked with someone else. That person, despite my giving him dimensions, sold me a box that was way too big, and would have cost $71 for shipping. A.R. intervened today and credited me the cost of the box I purchased yesterday. Then, he found a much cheaper box, packed it, and readied it for shipping for half the cost - 36$. A.R. was excellent to work with.”

“I had some pictures from my phone that I needed to print out but I couldn't do it myself since my equipment at home aren't the best. So I decided to try this place out. I call first but it seems complicated discussing about it so I decided to go to the store in person. They were able to help me in person to get job done. It made me feel more relief and I had confident that they'll get it right. I waited a day and they call me to come pick up the custom photos that I requested and it was AMAZING! The quality was perfect. It was the exact dimensions I wanted too. As a new customer, I will be returning back in the near future! The communication was great! I love the results so much. Overall, I do recommend this location if you're feeling 50/50 about stopping by. This is my experience so I thank you for taking your time reading this. “All in all, I like this location for convenience and most of the employees. Song is always pleasant, kind, and helpful, love that guy! Only caveot, there is a newer employee there for the past couple months, younger guy, who just seems crabby all the time. He won't make eye contact, he just points people where to go without looking at them or saying anything. Kind of weird, can definitely make going there unpleasant if the other employees are busy. Don't know what his deal is.”

“My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“Owen's has always been my #1 choice for print needs. When I first started working with them, they only did small format (postcards, posters, etc) -- but now, they do signage as well, which is great, because their customer service is always excellent and their quality is just as superb. I was honestly thrilled to learn they offer signage now, since it is pretty hard to find a sign shop with decent quality in this area.
Aaron has an amazing attitude, is friendly and upbeat, and is very easy to work with. He is knowledgable about all his products and print methods. He will go the extra mile to ensure top notch quality, no matter the product. I am often a needy customer, since sometimes I find myself asking for projects with quick turnarounds to meet deadlines, but the service from Owens never falters and I never feel like I am being an inconvenience for asking for anything.
I would not go anywhere else for signage or printing. If I could give 6+ stars I would!”
