Terrible! Hair turned out orange and tried to talk to manager about what happened and was told it was my fault. Most unprofessional, rude and crazy conversation I’ve ever had at a salon. Told to make another appointment and more after because it was probably my hair or maybe a water softener?!?! Yikes..stay away from this place! No consult, no explanation no NOTHING but fried orange hair!

I’ve been seeing Kim 2+ years, and she is perfection! I adore they ways she’s colored my hair in the past, and, at my most recent visit, I had her chop my long locks. So pleased with the results! The cut is adorable, and I’m in love with the blonde she achieved. Plus, Kim is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon is clean, comfortable, and COVID-friendly! 10/10 in my books!

Kim has always done a beautiful job on my hair and wish she were closer although I may have to find my way back there as I haven’t found anyone who could fill her shoes

I’ve gone to Kim a handful of times now and she never disappoints! I’m usually indecisive or not sure what my hair can handle and she always knows what to recommend - it turns out flawlessly every time! I’ve had no trouble making an appointment either, and the prices are really reasonable.

They could keep their appointments.They could be honest and not put a friend in your slot, then lie and say you didn't have an appointment. It would also be nice if there weren't so many stairs to navigate.

Just terrible client service. They owner ignored me when I walked in the door, was scheduled with another artist and had to listen to the owner gossip about several people. Cut was uneven, color faded and was over charged.
