Had a package that wasn’t delivered apparently due to no one being home to receive it. The driver came to my door immediately with a note that didn’t even indicate why he couldn’t deliver it, then saw him run across the front yard & all the way down the street to his truck. I find that very odd and frustrating as I was home and he didn’t even attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell.

Reliable, best shipping value. Reading these bad reviews makes me question where the fault lies. One person's picture looks like this woman is just nasty! Travis is my mail person and he goes beyond what's required and really is an example of what great customer service means!I do alot of Ebay buying/selling and I always can rely on my mail carrier to deliver them safely to my door!

Horrible customer service. The one in charge, Mike is rude and very unprofessional. Had to call Usps customer service to file a complaint. I would give 0 stars if I could. Mike should DEFINITELY NOT BE RUNNING ANYTHING!

I appreciate customer services here, because when I had a few times difficult situation with packages, they helped me always. All my packages are on time, I don't have any problems.About uniforms: maybe I saw only twice that someone didn't had the post office uniform, but because it was cold, the person had jacket, I don't expect someone to freeze under my doors while waiting for my signature. Maybe they should have just a hat with visible logo of post office (when they are wearing jackets) to do not make people scared/surprised/confused (just a tip). They do their job, I appreciate it.

Worst customer service in the industry. The ladies at the counter and via phone are not only rude and condescending, but unhelpful to the point that they are enjoying it. Don’t bother with complaints, the supervisor backs them and won’t hear it. Just completely unprofessional and rude. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Awful.

just wondering. Do the Cedarburg postal delivery people still wear uniforms from the post office?Just had the mail delivered by a plain clothes person. No indicators that he was with the post office. Yet he was putting the mail in everyone's mail box.seemed very odd. Maybe there are no more postal uniforms.

Ran in shortly before closing to mail taxes in (yuck). Dawn Marie helped me to pick the best way to send my package and even saved me money over the way I was going to go. Pleasant experience, would recommend.

First I don't understand why this post office is delivering to Jackson when we have a post office. I have many issues that I have never had in the 30 years I have lived here. I have had mail that was supposed to be on hold delivered. I had two pieces of mail sit in my mail box for over two weeks after I placed a hold. I just got a insincere apology because a substitute deliver those days. Another time I put the mail on hold and said I wanted to pick up, but they delivered instead and jammed my mailbox. Yesterday I had a package bent and put in the mailbox and damaged my product. They want me to drive the 21 minutes to the post office, spend time there and drive back so they could maybe fix my issue.

If you need assistance, don’t call. It’s apparently not what they are there for. Called to verify the route for my carrier and was told they don’t know where I live so they can’t help...instead of asking where I live so that they could help.

Wow I feel like I'm not alone reading other's reviews! We have lived at our residence for 20 years whereas our mail carrier MaryBeth, has managed to still keep her job. Misdelivery of mail, not getting our mail, packages not delivered, throwing rubber bands in our yard always. We must have complained to the many rotating supervisors over the years at least 12 times..To no avail. She has been followed by her supervisor on her route 4 times but still screws up! And I mean the street over gets our mail. The supervisors defend her every time. This post office is like a secret cult..you'll never change it. These people are rude and have no customer service skills because they've gotten away with it for SO LONG. Worst post office EVER. MaryBeth and Mike-retire already.

I scheduled a package to be picked up today. It was pre-paid, wrapped up well and on the front porch. I just saw the carrier pick it up, go to their truck, fill out some paper work and then just FLING my package over their shoulder into the back of the truck! Is this common practice on how to handle packages?

Take no initiative to help. Management is even worse. When it was extremely cold, a package was left in the middle of the road because the personnel was too lazy to drive up to the door. If a package needed a signature, they would continue to attempt delivery even though you submitted a request for a specific day since you would be available, so they continued to attempt delivery and then never showed up on the day that was needed claiming they attempted 3 times.. which again, were not authorized. Management was no help and had no idea which location the package was at. Packages also have not gotten delivered with an excuse of not being able to access mailbox yet magically letter mail would be delivered just fine that day. Not sure what happened to the original mail carrier who was fantastic. Their customer service skills are of highschool teenager level.

Consistently have received the wrong mail over the last 12 years we have owned this house. FIVE wrong pieces of mail just today. We even have large block letters/ numbers on the mailbox. When I have gone into the Cedarburg office, I have experienced what others have..super rude behavior.
