Jillian in the pharmacy is super nice and friendly, and always helps when I have an issue filling a prescription.
Some of the general store staff is not as helpful, but Jillian deserves a 5-star shout-out!

Some of the Pharmacy techs are rockstars like Shane, but others are uncaring and will not even acknowledge you until they have finished whatever they are doing. "I'll be right with you" and "sorry for the Wait" are difficult sentences to say. But they are understaffed and their phone etiquette is literally some of the worst I've ever experienced. I've been on hold for 20 minutes without a single word being said to me. They just pick up when the phone starts ringing only to immediately put it back on hold without saying anything. I only needed check if they had my medication in stock because there's a national shortage. Now I've wasted 20 minutes just to be told they dont have any.

I had planned to write a review on my experience today at the Cedarburg Walgreens, however, I can see by reading the prior reviews that management has simply ignored any and all feedback. No attempt has been made to change the customer service. The CVS employees next door are always more than happy to help and always greet you with a smile … not disrespectful comments and a snarl.

Always check your receipt! They always have something priced wrong. The manager, I think her name is Brittany, has got to have the worst customer service, she is rude, condescending, and not very bright. Today she was standing in photo with two other workers being loud, screaming and laughing while watching a game on a phone…. A line is forming and they are gathered doing nothing. No wonder prices are always off. I’ve seen her interact with other customers and you can just tell by how she speaks she should NOT be dealing with the public! Walgreens has definitely gone down hill!

If I could do a negative amount of stars I would. I worked for a Walgreens in the pharmacy for a little over 2 years during covid. Never did I ever not put on a smile and work through all the struggles we went through. It’s called customer service but this Walgreens the pharmacy and as a store in all is the absolute worst. The attitudes, disrespect, and unprofessionalism in the employees as well as the management is unacceptable. Just have had to many terrible experiences to where I will not come here ever again I’m transferring all my family and my prescriptions asap!

Ran in to the Walgreens in Cedarburg, WI in between my child’s practice. No one at the front of store to check out customers. After waiting for a few minutes, I very politely tried attention of two employees in one of the isles in the back. In response I didn’t get an I’m sorry and someone is coming, but instead got a very rude toned respond that someone will be there soon. Coincidentally, I needed some things that this Walgreens didn’t have, and I stopped at CVS next door to get it. Completely different experience, with welcoming and smiling employees. I get everyone is short staffed, but consumers still have choices and shouldn’t be treated like they are not wanted in the store.

Amazing pharmacy staff. Lots of rude customers from time to time but the staff are very helpful as long as you are competent and understand that it is a pharmacy and not a fast food place. Great people!

we got the cops called on us for supposedly throwing stuff and hitting the manager? we were just bing chilling.
