I love going to the Wittes vegetable farm in cedarburg but last year I bought a flat of strawberries and 10 lb of peas and I was charged $114? I should have questioned that and I didn't I do love fresh vegetables but I thought that was a bit high. I went to the Wittes in West Bend and I was charged this year only $36 for a flat? I wish I could get some of my money back for that that was an awful lot? I understand everything is fresh from the farm but we're all trying to save money it's expensive everywhere it seems.? I understand farming is very hard work and both Wittes vegetable farms are nice . Thank you ☺️

Prices are high. It makes more sense to buy local produce at Outpost. Rude employees that made me feel unwelcome.

Witte's is a local treasure. Fresh vegetables, friendly folks. You can't beat the sweet corn! We love the tomatoes, peppers, cantaloupe, all delicious!

Susie's salsa and Chris' pickled kohlrabi are terrific. Can't wait for more products from the new kitchen.

Price gouging! I realize prices for everything have increased. But a container of crock kohlrabi increased to $14.95?!? C'mon. I'm a big supporter of local business and farmers for sure. But how much is the cost of doing business and how much is haughty indifference of being the only game in town for 40 years? They're not friendly except to the money crowd. They didn't even bother to send the canning ladies from Port Washington a "Thank You." The NN stand is further but cheaper and friendlier. Other options on Pioneer Road and Farmdale.

Awesome local produce and pickles. Maybe a tad pricey but you can see the produce growing in the massive fields. It doesn't get better than this. Did I mention the pickles in the cooler?

I remember picking green beans at Witte’s farm from as far back as when I was 3 or 4 years old (52+ years ago) and throughout my childhood. Best green beans around, though I’m not a huge green bean fan. My mom was the green bean fan, and she also canned just about everything she could. We picked all sorts of other vegetables at Witte’s over the years. While I don’t pick my own any longer, I still buy veggies from Witte’s all summer long. Tonight, I stopped by for corn and more salsa ingredients. It was my second stop in this week. Seriously, the best corn around. I have always highly recommended Witte’s to everyone I know. Get some of their veggies. You will not be disappointed.
