Polk Burnett does NOT have your family's best interest in mind. POLK BURNETT CAHRGES ×3 the price of excel!$$$ Polk Burnett will shut you off before April if you ouw even $50 late you will be shut off. Even if you call they dont make American arrangements.

Extremely overpriced. Yet we're forced to pay it. Also, their late fee is ridiculous. Best part, they don't show the late fee in the monthly breakdown. They hide it way in the back in a receipt of their ridiculous charges.
