Stopped in for some windshield wipers, because mine were trashed and like 5 years old. I know about as much about cars and maintenance as I do about astrophysics. Some nice dude working there picked me a pair and installed them too! In and out in like 5 minutes. They work great. I love the small town service.

I am a 61 year old small business owner in Chetek. I was in need of a battery replacement. ELISE, a customer service rep at the Chetek store went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. Wish I could find someone like her to help me in my own business. She did her research on my collector convertible and not only was very professional but she made a somewhat stressful situation for me enjoyable. They are lucky to have her there representing and taking care of their women customers. Thank you Elise! Also Auto value stood behind their product and replaced the battery under warranty at no charge. No hassle.

Recently on vacation in the Chetek, WI area. While parked at a local resort my 2021 truck got heavily coated with pine sap. Could not find anything to get off! I went to Auto Value, Chetek, explained my issue and they took the time to work with me in finding the right product to address my problem.
