We lose Internet connection often while our wireless unit holds strong. Difficulty reporting issues as it is usually after hours or on weekends when the office is closed. It would be nice to have a place to report issues or even an are to view active problems.

Great service they were quick to install. Little to 0 issues with thier internet. Is great internet for streaming. We have had this internet for about a year and have recomended it to others. Bestbinternet we have had in the 5 yrs we have lived here
