Jacqi is the absolute best front desk assistant. Worked night shift both nights we stayed and was so kind and helpful to myself/husband and aunt/mother-in-law who were staying here for a funeral from out of town. The hot tub was great as well. :) best westerns are on the map and that’s coming from a Marriott member. Beds were also VERY comfortable and rooms felt clean as can be.

This was probably the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at. We were greeting but not so much in a friendly manner. Didn't receive "gold" member perks. Hot tub was cold, pool was extremely cold, breakfast was less than continental. Dirty napkin behind night stand. We will probably not return to this particular hotel.

This place used to be a delight to stay at. But now it's sliding towards "meh" status - just another mid-range hotel offering the basics. Dim lighting throughout, and lacking warmth or personality. For the money, I'm choosing a different place to stay the next time I'm in the area.

This weekend, my wife and I got married. We recommended this hotel to our guests. When we reached out roughly 10 months ago, we were told our guests would be charged $160 per night. However, on our wedding day it was brought to our attention that our guests were charged $250 per night. In addition, to this up charge, in order to make it to our 3:00pm wedding time, several of our guests attempted to check in 45 minutes to an hour early. In doing so they tacked on an additional up charge of $25-$50 ( guests were charged different up charges for checking in early to rooms that were already ready ). With all of these up charges, you would think it would be a top notch experience. However, everyone that stayed here informed me that they were treated poorly by front desk staff, and the pool and hot tub was out of order (you would think that with these items out of order guests would have received a discount, not ridiculous up charges). In attempting to call to speak to a manager, I had to call several times before anyone would even answer the phone. Once someone finally picked up, I was just told a manager was not present. My wife and I feel horrible for our guests that had to travel, only to be treated poorly by hotel staff, have ridiculous up charges, and not even have the option to utilize the pool and hot tub. I hate to do this, but if a manager does not reach out to me within the next business day, I will have each of our guests that stayed at this hotel leave a review with their personal experiences. This is unacceptable.

Review only regarding check in - or lack there of. Arrived earlier than expected (1:30pm) . Drove up to the front entrance and hotel appeared closed - no other cars parked in the lot. We were not allowed to check in early unless we paid a fee. WHAT? I can certainly understand if they were busy or if during the holidays, etc. The whole hotel was a ghostown. Scratching my head.....

Very clean rooms and complete control of heat/cool/fan. Quiet town. Complimentary breakfast is average and, unusual for this location, not well stocked.

Very nice hotel: clean, nice people, good breakfast, nice beds. The only bad thing was the motion sensor bathroom light. It rudely turned on, full brightness, in the middle of the night, thoroughly waking you up. There was no way to turn this feature off or make the light dim. I recommend that if they think this feature is necessary, they do this only with a very dim night light. It was pretty much a deal breaker and we'll make sure to avoid hotels with this feature.

This week was first opportunity I had to stay at Best Western Stanton Inn in Chilton, WI. Upon arrival hotel grounds were exceedingly clean and well maintained, my room was spotless. I used wi-fi and breakfast services and both were top notch.Most of all I had contact with three Team members during my stay and all three were terrific - highly knowledgeable, helpful and very informative. I'd highly recommend this hotel.Best regards,S. McCoy

Very nice stay at the best western. Alex the front desk associate was very nice & even got us a balcony room we love balcony rooms. Pool area is great for family to join you just wish we were allowed a water bottle at the table at least. The place was clean & breakfast was very good selection. I used to reside in chilton & now when I fly back to visit family this is where I will stay I just wish my prices weren't 160 next time I'll book in advance. Checkout was Sunday but we had church so it was going to be late getting our things n they worked with us greatly appreciated.

VERY FRUSTRATED! So I have to make a block for my wedding so I went to Best western in Chilton and they said they would get back to me. It had been a week and I heard nothing so I called them and they said they manger had to take care of it, I said ok I'm checming in because not call or voicemail, they said they would let her know. Fast forward It had been 3 weeks and I had been told when she would be on shift when I could call and I did and she wasnt in. So I called the main customer service number and told them what was going on they said they cant make a block only the manger can, I said I understand but I cant get ahold of her, they sent her a ticket and she had to get back in 2-5 days and it has been 10 days and still nothing! All I can say is you lost business and I will be telling everyone what you did. This is TERRIBLE service!
