The employees are unprofessional and rude. They lost out on a washing machine sale by their attitude. I previously purchased a refrigerator from Stanley himself. Service and attitude were different then. Customers especially local ones were appreciated. Now I understand why my co/worker walked out when looking for 4 appliances for their newly remodeled home. She said the attitude and no help with questions about appliances was terrible. I could list the employees names here how ever a bad review is just that and it gets seen and gets around. People don’t want to do their jobs and are just rude with an attitude.

$126.55 for “Service Call Trip and Labor”- “that’s the rate he charges”- was the response I received when I called to inquire this surprising amount on my invoice. My husband had our fridge stripped down and was already making assumptions— the trip from the shop to our house was probably 15 minutes. He spent no more than 10 minutes on our property and minimally assessed it before agreeing with my husband that we needed a new fridge/cost just as much to repair if the piece was still manufactured.

My wife and I went in looking for a screw for our new stove, the “gentleman” at the counter made no eye contact with us, saying “I guess you should go to Lowe’s”. Not used to dealing with rude people in this area - fully intend to tell friends, family and congregation to avoid it.

This is a really nice place to look at quality brands of kitchen appliances. Shirley Olig and her siblings own this business. Mootown Properties in Plymouth was looking for a suite of four appliances for our home restoration. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were as good as box stores. Take a look.
