Dave Buda is great. I had another positive transaction with him this week. I went in to upgrade my phone and Dave got me taken care nice and promptly. He was working alone that day as another associate was sick, and he did an excellent job handling my upgrade with all the other purchases I wanted. He was also serving another customer with an upgrade as well and working back and forth on both transactions and I can appreciate that. Dave also stayed 45 mins after the normal closing time to allow my phone to transfer data to the new one. This is not ideal for anyone, however I do appreciate the patience Dave had working late on my phone upgrade. Thank you thank you! JS.

Service is as slow as their internet service. Took 3 hours to purchase 2 new phones.
