The most rude, unprofessional post office employees I have ever come across. They make you feel like a criminal when you're just trying to mail something. They need serious changes here.

Getting passports for my family of four was a month-long comedy of errors that ended up costing us extra time and extra money. Rick, in particular, wins the prize for most clueless and unresponsive. I'd love to say more but I'm trying to sell the script.
