Jerry Nett was great to work with. I ordered my truck through him and he kept me informed throughout the entire 3.5 month process. We set a time for pick up and the truck was completely ready to go. Jerry Halbach was excellent to work with , answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. He was very patient as some of the technology was new to us and almost overwhelming.The finance person, Elizabeth, was also good in explaining what we signing, etc.This dealership is excellent and we will definitely return for our next new car.We love our new Enclave!

My buying experience was great! I worked with Reg. He was very responsive and helped me go through some of the paperwork ahead of time, so I was in and out of the dealership in a relatively short amount of time. This was my first time working with a big dealership and buying a new car. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Terribly disappointed in the way I was treated. Over the years purchased numerous vehicles and not even a call back from the owner explaining why my vehicle keeps getting pushed back. And still not done after all parts have been there over a month. I would like a response on why I was treated so poorly. Via in person or phone call no text or email

This dealership is a great place to buy your next vehicle. Sales people are knowledgeable and will assist you with all of your questions. The most important part is their service! It second to none!!! All the service people are wonderful to work with and especially Jim. Recently had a fuel injector go bad on my Tahoe and he helped me with toeing and then got me on the road again within 24 hours!!! That is amazing! Can’t begin to thank you enough. I am a customer for life!

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. A hour and twenty five minutes later they said it was done. Drove home twenty minutes to see if they reset my oil filter life remaining feature, which they did not. No big deal but now it makes me wonder if they did the tire rotation. I check the tire pressure and all four are way off on pressure, not even close. So now I know they didn’t check pressures. Also have a service tire monitor system warning on the dash. So you know they didn’t relearn the tire positions either now. Makes you wonder if they changed the oil even.Called them up and explained all of this and all they said was bring it back in and we will check it out. My time is more important, they lost my business for good.

My customer service man, Steven, was excellent. He kept in great communication with me throughout my entire buying experience. And he never pressured me!
