Vande Hey Brantmeier Collision Center, established in 1991, is a 20,000 square foot facility that services all makes and models using only the highest quality OEM parts, state of the art equipment, and current repair procedures. The shop offers complimentary loaner vehicles and works with all major insurance carriers. Customers note great customer service, easy scheduling, and repairs done correctly and to high standards. The center provides timely updates and ensures work is finished perfectly, although some customers experienced communication issues or incomplete repairs on return.
Communication was not ideal, and my vehicle was returned to me without the repairs complete. Inspecting the work and ensuring the repairs are done should be on the shop, not the customer.
