Still having problems with the Simonton windows from ABC. They look great but out of the 11 just in the porch, more than half have needed replacement or service and now 3 still don’t close. I will update this rating if I can get some help from ABC who needs to submit the issue to Simonton.

Placed order of shingles at 700am ...waited by the loading as instructed for 50 minutes before I got loaded...I was the first customer there... called after 25 minutes to make sure I didnt misunderstand where to wait...nice girl said I was in the right spot and to continue to wait..so I did...finally pulled out of lot loaded at 8
