We walked n and were helped right away. Hubby got a new phone. After getting a quote n a solid 2 hours later we switch my phone and my father's from Verizon to at&t. They saved us $100 a month by combining all our lines. The manager played with our daughter the while time so we could get everything done. BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!
