I’ve never experienced customer service as phenomenal as the Chippewa location! They didn’t have one of the parts we were needing and took the time to contact some of their local competitors to find it for us. Unbelievable! I will definitely be giving all of my parts business to these guys from here on out!

I felt as though I was an inconvenience when I wanted to the counter with a gallon of washer fluid. The parts guy was crabby and very rude and didn't want to help because the computer system wasn't working. That's no excuse to be rude. Next time there I will go to gas station if I need some washer fluid.
