I have saved thousands over the years by having tools fixed rather than having to buy new

Affordable quality at it's finest. I've had a handful of tools rebuilt and blades sharpened, and plan on bringing them everything I need fixed up! Much much more affordable than buying new tools.

I had a dealt planer “repaired” got it home and it promptly broke. I then called to see if the would repair a sander, was told to bring it in, got it there and they said they would not work on it.

Dropped off my cordless impact that quit working and they had it repaired in 2 business days. My bill was a whopping $10.00 and change. If it had not been for them I would’ve scrapped it and spent $450 on a new one.

Couldnt ask for a better couple of very knowledgeable guys. Courteous, prompt, seem real honest and real straight forward. Our buisness has for years taken all our tools here and never a problem with very reasonable, quality repairs. Could say enuff good about this place and we are in no way affiliated.

Brian and his family are honest, do good work, and charge a very modest hourly fee to repair your electric and pneumatic tools. If it's not worth fixing, they won't waste your money. Can't say enough nice things. We own a construction company and bring him everything we own!

What kind of factory authorized repair center tells you to "just buy a new one", picks and chooses what they're "interested" in repairing, and hangs up on potential customers after being condescending and rude to them? BJ&S Repair, apparently. I called to ask about repairing my tripod-mounted DeWalt builder's level (they're listed as a factory authorized service center). The lady answering started out saying the guys were out for another week or two deer hunting. I asked if that meant I'd have to call back after that to get any info (general idea of timeline/cost). She definitely should have told me yes. I described the problem (it's a very simple repair I know they can easily do, but it would need recalibration afterward). Her response was I could drop it off and leave it there until the other employees got back to "see if they'd be interested in fixing it" (her actual words). I wasn't going to drive all the way there, leave an expensive instrument with them for that long, and not even know if they'd be "interested" (?) in repairing it, or what the cost would be (I was thinking they might need to ship it back to DeWalt for the recalibration step). Especially since I'm on a tight schedule as I need it for putting up a pole shed. I told her I couldn't do that and her response was an exasperated "Just buy a new level, THEY'RE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE!" They are, in fact, rather expensive (this model was $350) and I told her so, and that I wasn't going to buy a new one, I wanted to have this one repaired. Instead of asking if I'd like to leave my info for someone else to call me back (she clearly didn't know anything at all and didn't want to help me), or offering a direct phone number to contact DeWalt for service, or any other reasonable option, she said "YEAHHHHH, we're going to pass on this one." At that point, because she'd been so incredibly condescending and rude the entire call, and acted like allowing me to do business with them was some sort of privilege, I told her she wasn't being all that helpful. She retorted "And I have the right to refuse service to anyone!" and actually hung up on me. Unbelievable.
