The service we received for porcupine damage was exceptional. The wiring and propane lines were inspected, repaired and protected. All at a reasonable cost. It makes the 2 hour drive 100% worth it

I purchased a Nucamp 320Light from Chris and Austin.
The experience with them was top notch.
I had it a month and took it north and the furnace acted up and my Victron was not receiving power.
On the way home I stopped into the shop and Russ began troubleshooting the two minor issues and got me back on the road pronto.
His knowledge on the unit was superb.
A good product and great people who stand behind it. Thanks Guys🥳

A great buying experience.
My A-liner Scout Lite was already a great looking deal online. Gave them a call a couple times before visiting and both times I got very clear answers over the phone.
Upon arrival my salesperson was Austin. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. As a first-time camper buyer, he didn't make me feel stupid about any of my questions. Let me take my time without ever feeling rushed or pressured whatsoever. Both him and an older fella who I was told worked there 15 years were both very transparent when closing the sale. I didn't feel like I had to play a bunch of mental games to get a good deal, they were honest with me and offered to solve every issue we came upon while looking at the camper, of which there were minimal.
Also did a great job preparing me in terms of accessories. And they've done a good job finding credit unions to work with that can secure low interest rates. If my credit score were a little higher I could have secured a 5.09%apr, I believe they get lower for Wisconsin residents through another credit union (as of 10/22/25). But ask yourself, there's honest people working here.
Great family business that id recommend. Thanks y'all!

We purchased a used 2021 wolf pup yesterday. Chris helped us every step of the way. He even worked around our schedule so that we could come and get it when it worked for us. They prepped it wonderfully and he also installed a great hitch for us as well. He was very thorough during the walk through process of the camper. He even threw in some things for us and these adorable mugs! He went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. I could not be more grateful for him and the whole experience. Even though buying one of the cheapest campers on the lot, he treated us so well, and was so accommodating and made sure we were valued just as much as everyone else. I 100% recommend this place, and I wish every RV dealer was as friendly, caring, and kind as this one. Chris, we cannot thank you enough!

Recently wanted to increase the size of my Rpod, going from a 191 to a 198. Living in northern Illinois needed to search for dealers that carried the model I wanted.
My search lead me to Chris Anderson at Chippewa Valley Outdoor. Our correspondence started via email. He was very prompt with replies to my questions.
When the decision was made to purchase, he had the camper ready in two days. He was very through when going over the details about the camper.
I would highly recommend working with Chris and Austin for you next RV purchase!

We had a great time looking at all the Campers. Austin came out to greet us shortly after we arrived. We discussed what we were interested in and He was a great asset in our journey to learn about the micro camper industry, models and availability! They are a full service dealer with a nice office area and shop. Austin took care of us as if we were old friends or family. We highly reccomend making this one of your stops when looking for a new or used camper. Really, it could be the only stop you need to make!

Got our dream RV at a great price. Came with everything we needed to boondock at a farm right around the corner on day one. We didn’t originally have a weight distribution hit hitch but they made sure to let us know they would make time to install one if we wanted to return anytime. Thank goodness they did because it was a must have! Great service from some amazing people willing to teach newbies the basics. Also told us about great fruits and tacos near Milwaukee.

We can't be happier with our purchase and experience with Chippewa Valley RV. We worked with Chris who was straight forward and honest. He gave us his best price on our trade and the Intech Magnolia we wanted right off the bat. We had dealt with another dealership that was closer to where we live and instantly realized we needed to look elsewhere. There is a reason Chippewa Valley RV has a 5 star rating for sure. Chris was easy to work with and saved us thousands. He walked us through our new camper and made sure we understood everything. He answered my questions and gave suggestions about accessories without trying to push purchasing through the dealership. If we could give a 10 star rating, we would. I urge anyone in the market for a camper to give this dealership a visit and see what they have to offer.

We had a great buying experience. We were given a lot of room to browse with no pressure and Chris was more than patient with my “flexibility in decision making” though anyone else would have called it indecisiveness. The whole buying process was actually fun. There was an electrical problem with the trailer (not their fault) but they were great about getting it fixed. I haves called them about 10 times with questions and someone ALWAYS picked up the phone. When was the last time that happened when calling a business? Was definitely worth the 90 minute drive.

We’ve had great service on our teardrop trailer at Chippewa Valley. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. We’ve worked with Chris, Austin, and Chad and they all went out of their way to make sure repairs were done properly and in a timely manner. They have parts in stock.
If you live some distance away and are wondering if it’s worth a long drive, just do it. They’re also helpful over the phone.
