The rear passenger door on my car was 'clicking' loudly when opened and closed.I took it to the dealership and they told me I would have to leave it for repair (perhaps days).I took it to CCI and after less then five minutes, he fixed the problem.When I asked what I owed him he said "Nothing, just past the good word"... Consider it done.Excellent service! ?

I never write reviews but felt I had to this time. The Collision Center, Inc is by far the best body shop I've ever been to. Not only did they do an incredible job on my vehicle, they also detailed it better than I ever have. It looked amazing. On top of that, they gave me a free loaner car with a full tank of gas (very rare), and finished the repairs a day early. Everything about this place is top notch! The staff were excellent as well. Best body shop ever!

Levon, Sam & Kevin always take such good care of us. It is never fun having to have your vehicle repaired from mishaps whether it is your fault or not so taking it to them makes it a little bit better. The attention to detail, honesty, smile and appreciation is always noticed. There is NO other autobody I would EVER go to!Services: Painting

The plastic under the wheel wasn't replaced even though they said it was. The hood was replaced but never properly installed. It would shake when I drove down the highway until I had it properly fixed. I will go elsewhere from now on.Services: Body & Trim

Thank you for an amazing experience!! From my initial phone call to getting my car back after it had been fixed, I've had nothing but great service! Samantha was so helpful and always easy to talk to. Kevin was so helpful and explained everything to me and they both went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience. Driving behind a car that is clearly a loaner car and this person who was driving didn't care about his surroundings; no blinker, constantly breaking FOR NO REASON, swerving in and out. To narrow it down, yall should check your drivers because this one shouldnt have been driving.
