Great place, we had a little mix up when I left. I pre paid for 6 months and left more than a month early understanding if I left early I would get my unused month rent back with at least a one month notice. They misread my notice. (Which I have a copy of) So I got my security deposit back and then after rechecking my notice got my vacant months money back. Yes I recommend them, but maybe not pre pay to avoid a mix up. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the mix up.

Above and beyond the best in the Chippewa Valley! Great security, padlocks provided, clean, well maintained in the winter, great access, Ben is a great hard working individual! I recommend them hands down!!

I stored my belongings at Gold Star Mini Storage for 5 years. I thought I would be there for 12 months the most. Ben has been nothing but courteous and helpful over the years, answers my questions fast, got me out of a bind or two (frozen lock, etc.) and keeps a top-notch facility. I'm glad I stumbled onto Gold Star because they are the best, most trusted storage facility I've ever leased from. No critter problems or anything. Keep up the great work!

Very nice and reasonable. Went through a rough patch for a little bit during my time with Gold Star Mini Storage, and the manager (Tom?) was very compassionate and understanding. Prices were one of the lowest I could find in the Chippewa Valley. Two great locations also. 5 stars for this place. If there were more stars to give, I'd give them more all the way!
