If I could give it a zero I would. Do not get your taxes done here. They forgot to put the last number on my bank account for direct deposit. Therfore my bank returned their check. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a check to be mailed. Called customer service and had a phone appointment with Roger at 6pm to rectify the situation. Well it's almost 8pm and they haven't even reached out to me. They closed at 7. I am livid to pay hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done only to have to wait so long to be ignored. I get it its tax season but im a paying customer with an issue. I want my money!! Should just stick with taxactonline and file them for free myself.
UPDATE: Still no answers onto where my refund check is. Have been told by numerous representatives that they don't know where my refund check is. Left on hold for 25 minutes to talk to the district manager only to get hung up on!!! I do not like this place at all. Waste of time and money. Nobody seems to know where my money is. Will be contacting my lawyer.

Finished up getting my taxes done and then was told it would be over $800. I was also rescheduled because their tax professional didn't show up to work. Very unprofessional how everything was handled.
