Had an issue with a stubborn trojan malware virus. Awesome and reasonably priced service. The guys at Krista, not only took care of my problem, I felt as if they were happy to have me as a customer. That is a plus.

It would have been 5 stars but when I called and asked a girl if they could repair my computer she wasn't sure if they fix computers, crazy!! So I had to go down and talk to Krista myself

Dropped my computer off on a Monday morning. Called back Tuesday to get an estimate on how long it would be....they didn't know. Said to call back the next day and ask for Sam. Called back...got Sam's voicemail...left a message. Called back Thursday after not hearing back from ANYONE. Went back and picked it up and took it to Computer Wizards on Birch St in Eau Claire. I will NOT be back to Krista.
