Purchased a great truck from an awesome salesman and I can only speak good things about him. The issue is I have is accessing my rewards and the financial department used an old email of my wife’s and not mine, so that being said I can’t accept the 143.00 in rewards. My wife no longer uses that email account and I explained this to them, but they must not understand after the sales customer care. I called GM 4 times and they told me the dealer has to fix it and according to Markquart GM has to fix the error. I waited on the bed mats to go on sale and they did, but then again I couldn’t access my 143.00 in rewards to use. I have emailed markquart over this issue over a dozen times and now they just ignore me, what a joke.

They signed a certified vehicle form for my wife, even though they said she signed them, and it wasn't even her signature. They failed to even do anything about it other than apologize.cWhat a scam, we did not approve of the certified vehicle at all, it had dings scratches that are suppose to be removed according to their certified vehicle program

I had purchased my new vehicle at Marquart a few years ago - so this is where I bring it when it needs oil changes and any maintenance that might need to be done on it....Always friendly/excellent service when coming here.Comfortable waiting area with free cold or hot beverages as you're patiently waiting for work to be completed. Free shuttle rides if needed..

Went in for a fuel filter, oil change and transmission fluid change. I told them I tow often and wanted the transmission fluid changed early. After 3 hrs, they finally said the truck was done but said the tech didn't "feel it was necessary" to change the transmission fluid. I don't care what you "feel". I didn't understand what the true story was until later. Marquardt quoted me $200 for their transmission fluid service but come to find out, my truck requires special oil which is much more. So Instead of coming clean and telling me they misquoted, they came up with a fictional reason why they didn't do the service. They tried everything possible to convince me I didn't need the service and offered no clear reason it took 3 hrs for an oil change and fuel filter. At most, 45 mins. If I came in for an oil change with only 3000 miles when the oil is good for 5000, would your techs also refuse to do an oil change for me? Certainly not. This is clear evidence these folks can't be trusted and their word is meaningless. No concessions were offered and nothing was done to make it right. For those that remember what customer service looks like, you won't find it here.

Appt at 7:30am. for front brakes. At 9:00am they agreed to do the rear brakes. I questioned this! 11:00 am they said the car was done. Drove the car and realized the same issue was there! Took the car back in. Car was done finally around 3:30pm. 8 hrs to repair front brakes.

You get great results. The only issue is their new policy. When you make an appointment, it's only to drop your vehicle off. They might not look at it for 1-2 days later. Wouldn't be a problem if they guaranteed a loaner, but no guarantees. Technicians are great, service people are informative, but new policies are not.

I’ve had a handful of bad experiences with the service center here. I just had my headlights changed and they are pointed at the ground. I could have died because I couldn’t see turns 10 feet in front of me during the deer rut of all times. They also had my car for almost two weeks and didn’t change the license plate bulb I paid for while they had it for that long when I was out a vehicle because they didn’t have a loaner for me. I could go on and on.. but I do not recommend this place. They do not take safety seriously.

I am still waiting for diagnosis on car. 11 days as of tomorrow. Worse communication ever, lied to, treated condescending, made call back promises never returned. No loaner car they could give me they said. My 78 yr old mother driving 30 miles each trip to bring me to work....
