The drive through customer service sucks. You need to teach these people how to greet customers. Many times I've gone to the drive through and there is no greeting whatsoever. This morning, all the guy said was "go ahead." No greeting, or anything. Why are people going to want to visit if the employees make us feel like they are annoyed to have to serve us?

I have never had any mixups on my orders. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are super friendly and make you feel welcome

Pull up to the speaker girl is rude. “Anything else” “K” “Anything else” we only ordered 2 combos. We pull up to pay, same girl and she’s rude. We pull up where we’re supposed to get our drinks my bf ordered a large coke and I got a large caramel frappe no whip. We are the only people in line and they tell us to pull forward without giving us the drinks first. After we get our food the guy hands us a mello yellow and a caramel frappe with whip cream foaming out the top of the cup. My boyfriend says we ordered a coke and no whip cream. He apologizes and we had to wait 5 more mins for the frappe and he didn’t even give us the coke. I’ve worked in many different fast food places. It’s NOT that hard. It’sannoying how when you go somewhere to get food you just get disrespected for no reason at all?

The food was okay, bland. It did come out hot though. The workers were okay. Not super friendly, not mean. Honestly, kind of a not-so-memorable place. It just reminded me why I dont eat McDonald's anymore. $8 for a large fry and a McChicken.

Usually it’s okay… but tonight someone in a white truck with company information kept revving their engine, not sure if to show off for the two employees I saw through the window? I was sitting there for much longer than I should have been and still ended up with the wrong stuff, all for the sake of whoever working tonight and whoever in that truck socializing as if someone isn’t waiting there behind them.

Just had a terrible experience a employee made me pay for someone else's food and when I questioned why my bill was so high she grabbed the receipt crumbled it and told me everything was fine and she fixed it all ..... Except she didn'tWaste of time plus they made my food wrong very sad to have a negative experience like

Waited in drive through for 15 min, never got order

Simple, not very busy drive-through order: small peppermint mocha, small fry, and 2 chicken sandwiches. Lady tells me they dont have peppermint anything, so i dont have it on my order. I make a separate order for my coworker in my car. Get up to the window and pay for hers first for some reason then mine and get my receipt, pull up toward the next window and look at my receipt to see she charged me for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 pies, and a peppermint mocha.... so i get up to the window and try to tell the lady, but she shoves me my co-worker's drink and food and closes the window quickly, then comes back with "my food" and i tell her its wrong and tell her my receipts wrong too. She procedes to sigh and tell me "yeah thats what you paid for. They charged you for the person behind you." Takes the bag of food back from me and walks off just to bring me back the same bag of food, and I tried explaining again that i didn't want the holiday pies, i ordered fries. She rolled her eyes and asked me what else I was missing and being fed up and only having so long for my lunch break, I just told her the mocha that I got charged for, and she walked off and brought me the coffee and NO FRIES STILL. I left and will not be back if this is how they deal with customers.
