We stopped here due to a check engine light on a cross country moving road trip. Trevor and his team welcomed us with open arms, (including a treat for our skittish rescue pup), fixed us up quickly, and assured our safety to our next destination. We made the remainder of our trip with no problem and will be forever grateful for the friendly and compassionate service they offered us weary travelers. Thank you, guys!!

Took my car to get detailed. They were good about getting it done quickly, but communication between the different associates and me was not clear. Same stuff different day. The car was still dirty in spots, so I can't really say the detailing was that great of a job either.

I had a pleasant experience when I purchased my 2022 CX-30. Ryan was very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient.The rest of my experience, well, it has been a less than desirable. I purchased the Package A-Total Protection, the Diamond Fusion and the Gold Maintenance package. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get my car in for the protective undercoat. 8 weeks went by and I decided to contact the service manager and request a refund as I didn't want to keep waiting around. Well, they were able to schedule me promptly. When I went to pick up my car, there was an item missing and I inquired about it the following day. Of course, it was nowhere to be found. I asked the service dept manager if he could possibly view the video recording since they record everything. He couldn't (how convenient). He said maybe I took it out. I didn't. It was a $50 sunglass case I had just purchased. All 5 pairs of sunglasses that were in it, were placed in a cardboard box on my backseat. I don't care if it was a $50 or $5 item, you're a business. When I took my car back for the "complimentary" oil change, I was sure to take every single thing out of my car before bringing it there. I recently inquired about the extended warranty and the Gold maintenance package since I don't feel comfortable doing any further business with the service department and I am not about to drive to St. Paul to get oil changes. I find out that my complimentary oil change was taken off my maintenance package. I am ready to say goodbye to Mazda's. I would rather trade my car in and go with a dealership I feel comfortable going to. I shouldn't have to take anxiety meds just to get an oil change. I was contacted by Alisha Tran from the finance department. She stated she could send me the Diamond Fusion applications; however, she couldn't refund the 13 remaining applications. I agreed. I was fine with her sending them to me. I hadn't heard anything for almost a week so I decided to inquire via email. Never once did Alisha reply to either of my emails. She did, however, send me the Diamond Fusion after that last email I sent. Of course, Chippewa Valley Mazda didn't affix adequate postage on the package so I had to pay my post office $2.94 to even receive my package. Just one thing after another. Never received so much as a phone call, an apology, or $2.94 ...I will never recommend Chippewa Valley Mazda simply because of the service department. I would not recommend purchasing any of their additional services. It has been such a headache dealing with them. Lack of communication, lack of knowledge, lack of ethics ... I could go on and on. Hands down, worst experience!!

Bryce was the guy who helped me. A couple things about him-arrogant, rude, dishonest, and cocky. Was considering purchasing a vehicle from them. Upon video inspection, it was revealed it has mismatched tires, and needed a tpms replacement. I was told I cannot have the vehicle held with a credit app and appointment set up. I live 3 hours from the dealership and like most Americans work a 9-5 job. My hours physically wouldn't allow me to get there but I was willing to take the next day off work to come sign but was told the car can still sell from under me without a $500 deposit. The vehicle was priced 1500 over book value and I said I'd be willing to pay that provided the vehicle get delivered to me at no cost, the sensor fixed or a set of matching tires. Of which Bryce said no, very rude and cocky. Lost a sale because this dealership literally lied to me, advertised free 250 mile delivery, and won't come down on an overpriced vehicle that they "just passed on fixing" a bunch of things. TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE I THANKFULLY WAS SMART AND DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

We bought a vehicle (over $36k) from this dealership earlier this summer. There were a couple things wrong with it (that were missed by technicians during the initial inspection) that the dealership agreed to fix. They had our vehicle for 2 weeks, fixed the issues and gave us a loaner to use during the time (hence the 2 stars). Fast forward another couple weeks and we had to get our vehicle in for an oil change. During the inspection at our local shop, it was noticed that our rear shocks are leaking fluid, had been for some time, and will need to be replaced. After calling the dealership to relay this information (after only actually having the vehicle to drive for approximately 4 weeks) the manager basically called our shop liars and refused to take any responsibility. Our quote to repair what needs to be repaired is $2200-$2400. This is not something that should be an expense to us after having the vehicle for only 4 weeks. Shame on you!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!

Disappointed to be told a vehicle is available, confirm I will buy it, provide my personal information, and then be told it is going to someone else almost 40 minutes later. The manager knew the salesperson would be contacting me and gave him my lead. If it truly was taken by someone else first before me, then why have the salesperson call me, proceed with a sale to me, and take my private information.

I have had to have service done here in the past, each time they are courteous and very helpful. If I have an issue with my car they answer my questions when I call and can offer a shuttle ride if they have no loaners available. Thanks so much for being reasonably priced and able to help in a pinch when things come up last minute. Great service department and shuttle drivers, everyone is friendly here. Definitely recommend.

This service department botched an oil change on my BMW. Their mistake, a broken oil filter cover, caused the engine to run on unfiltered oil for 4000 miles. End result was a blown engine. Of course company management denied the mistake. My car is now junk.

do not buy a vehicle from them! they say the vehicles are good but they sold me one that needed a new engine!!!! they dont know how to diagnosis cars!!!
