My parents ordered shoes for their grandchildren for Christmas. Unfortunately the card grandma used wouldn’t go through. They sent my 11 year old a letter saying he owed money in order to have the shoes shipped. He was so upset. Why didn’t you send that letter to the billing address?

Bought a $100 pair of shoes that ended up not even looking like the pictured shoes on the website. The box included a return shipping label with NO TRACKING, and no request to contact them to return, which I thought was very sketchy. They also want $9 to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me a different product than they represented in the photo. It took me a long time to chat with a customer service agent on their website and they were quite unhelpful. Do not shop here.

I'd mark less stars if it will be possible. Ordered boots. Arrived a bit larger than I guess. So I decided to make an exchange. I filled exchange form that was in the box with boots (I really marked up EXCHANGE) and sended them back (delivery price was about 80%of boots price, omg). But! I did not got another pair of boots. I've just got my money back. Somehow, they decided to make a refund instead of exchange. So I've lost a lot of time! About 1.5-2 months for all of this. And also I've lost money for delivery.

This company is terrible! Don't waste your time. They refused to issue me refund, even though product is late by 10 days. Kept telling me to "wait a few more days." I ended up buying same product from another company and already received. Don't know what there problem is but they have zero customer service skills.

#Shoemall.com, all I can say is this company sucks!! As a First time customer, I Placed an order only to receive the wrong shoes. Took me over 30 min to get customer service on the phone. Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee....hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund. all I can say is DO NOT purchase from this company....CROOKS!!Social media destroy this company!!!

Do not buy from Shoemall! If you have an item to return and use their preferred carrier which is Smart Post/Fed Ex at your expense, it will take in excess of two weeks for the item to get back to them. Once they receive it , it takes up to 10 business days for them to issue a refund. In total a month plus to get your money back. In my opinion, not a good way to keep customers.

Ordered a pair of Uggs that Shoe Mall indicated as being in stock and ready to ship. After 3 business days, my order was still processing and had not shipped. I emailed customer service and they said item was actually backordered and that there is no estimated date as to when it'll be back . I have since cancelled my order and will not be buying from Shoe Mall again. Plus I read their return policy and they charge $8.95 for returns.
