The Medicine Shoppe is a great pharmacy in Chippewa Falls. The staff and pharmacists are kind, knowledgeable, and call customers by name. They are responsive, efficient, and follow through on dispensing medications. Prices are generally better than big chain pharmacies, and there is rarely a huge line to wait in. They offer a convenient, no-charge medicine delivery service. However, there is room for improvement in their app, particularly regarding delivery and mail options. Some staff members can seem unresponsive on the phone, suggesting a need for customer service training. In general, customers appreciate their service and highly recommend them.
This pharmacy is great! All the workers I have encountered at Medicine Shoppe are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I switched from a different (big chain) pharmacy and I could not be more pleased with my decision! I highly recommend (and I am not a person who leaves reviews very often).
