Awesome staff, Tanner was very fun & easy to work with!! The man with the dark short hair was also very friendly. We added my bf as a new line to my plan & got a brand new iPhone 15 with his old traded in iPhone 8 :) It sure pays to be a loyalty customer!! We would definitely return.

Jeremy said right away “we’ll be right with you”, barely any wait time. He answered my questions immediately & fixed problems on 2 devices very quickly, plus was super friendly to me and my young son.

I went in to replace a broken phone, and Tyler was wonderful to work with. He was kind, helpful, and understanding, and I feel he went above and beyond what was expected. What started as an unexpected, frustrating expense turned into a nice conversation and a better deal than I expected!

Tanner was amazing! He was very professional, quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and so nice. I got amazing service & he explained why the phone was great fit for me and took the extra time to answer my questions & gave me a few extra pointers on using my phone!! He was helping coworkers at the same time without ever skipping a beat in my excellent service!! He is definitely an Aplus 5 star employee and definitely an assett to Verizon team!!

He was very patient and took his time helping me get my phone set up. When there was issues he stayed through the hole process to make sure the problem was resolved. He has good customer service skills and I would highly recommend Tanner at team wireless in Hallie WI.

I had good luck here, despite a very long wait. Riley was on customer service call for almost 45 mins to help me. But, I feel comfortable asking questions or calling if I feel the need.

A great experience of world class and caring customer service!Thanks Travis Jensen and the Verizon team!I had a major phone issue that was very frustrating to say the least. Every time someone would try to call me my phone would ring just once and go to voicemail. We spent 1.5 to 2 hours trying many different things to resolve the issue. We even tried swapping SIM card and using a different phone. It was a network issue that had to be manually fix by an IT expert. If you run into the same issue please ask for help and I was blessed to get my phone back in good working order. Many Thanks ? to you all for the many calls testing my phone each time. Tanner did a great job. Polite, energetic and knowledgeable. He multitasked better than most people I know. While assisting us he was able to help at least 3 other people at the same time. He kept everything straight as to the next steps for each person and explained everything in detail so we could understand. He was even able to recover everything from iCloud for me. My only complaint is that it took 3 hours to get 2 new phones set up. I felt bad with how hard he was working while the other person there helped only one person at a time and spent over an hour with each one.
