Going through the drive through pharmacy. This lady asked me to spell my name ok i spelled my name. She tries to interrupt was kind of mean about it. You asked to spell it so i spelt it. Next time say spell your last name. How am i supposed to know? Just because its hot dont mean you need to be rude. I was picking up my wife’s prescription at the time. Im not behind the desk or looking at the computer. We have no idea what you guys need.

Most of the time when I am requesting a refill for them to send over to the doctor, it doesn’t happen. I even call 2 to 3 different times and talk to a pharmacist and they say, “ yep we’ll send that over”. Meanwhile, I’m down to my last pill and then I call my doctor’s office, and what do I hear we have not received anything from your pharmacy. How is that even possible! I could see once in a while that happening if they’re extremely busy, but since I’ve been going to Walgreens for several years, it’s a continuous situation. Now you expect a pharmacist to follow through when they say yes we’ll send that right over. Medication‘s are very important for the patient especially when it has to do with your blood pressure or pain medication or thyroid medication. It doesn’t matter what it is. They are supposed to be reliable! If I could switch to a different pharmacy, I would, but because of transportation, I have to stick with the closest pharmacy, which is Walgreens. Highly disappointed in the way they operate and assist patients! The store manager is rude and says,” it has to be the Doctor’s office”. The manager is quite rude about it as well. He doesn’t even take the time to ask the patient’s name or say we’ll get into this situation. Nope obviously it’s something they don’t care about even when you’re talking politely you still don’t get a polite reply or response. If I could switch pharmacies, I definitely would. There’s a lot of patience like myself who don’t have a choice, but to go to Walgreens and we expect to be treated fairly and to get our medication on time. You shouldn’t have to call 2 to 3 times and stress about your medication being taken care of properly.

This Walgreens location is the best I’ve ever dealt with, the people in the pharmacy are always pleasant, they answer their phones and I’ve always been able to get my prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time, I went to the drive thru after leaving urgent care a couple weeks ago to pick up my prescriptions ..the Dr at urgent care had recommended I get an over counter probiotic I asked the gal at the window what Probiotic they recommended.(I had planned on going back to get it when I felt better) .. but she went and got one off the shelf .., you don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Definitely a 5 star pharmacy !!

Worst experience ever. Apparently, they hire managers that know nothing.

The store doesn't stand behind the statement of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! They had HALLOWEEN candy at 40% off so I was going to purchase (7) bag of Laffy Taffy that was on the shelves which had 40% off signs on the shelf.
Well went to check out and they rang up at full price!! Manager came up and said they were put in the wrong place probably and wasn't going to give me the candy at 40% off he wanted full price. That is called False Advertising ...Am I right??? So I can now see why they are closing besides taking my business else where and closing the prescription account as well!! Just BAD BUSINESS!!!

I recently lost my Insurance and my monthly prescriptions were priced unaffordable. They have an rx discount thing on their ap that saved me hundreds of dollars!! Definitely recommend checking out their discounts

They are slower then molasses, (you can insert the words I can't put on here)! Unfortunately my doctor won't send to walmart so have to deal with these people. I wait 4 to 6 hours after it has been called in and they still don't have it done. In today's world that is just as bad as the government!!! Time to change doctors.

I would give this location less than 1 star if I could. Starting with the pharmacy. Pharmacist are so incredibly RUDE and slow and don’t care what the DOCTOR says about filling prescriptions. They act like they are God and as if people’s personal prescriptions effects their daily lives. I would suggest taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

Recently picked up a prescription at Walgreens in Chippewa Falls. For 2 years we have rec'd a one months supply. This one was for 3 months. Being expensive, we asked to only receive a one months supply. Because of that, we were treated so rude by Abby at the counter. Will try and switch to a different pharmacy.

The Walgreens itself isn’t too bad of a place, however, I just called the pharmacy to ask if my script was in stock and the tech was quite rude and seemed irritated. After she gave me very short answer, I said “Thank you so much” and she proceeded to say nothing and hung up on me. Sorry I ruined your day and asked you to do your job?
