We were at the vision center inside Walmart for vision exams. We were greeted by Lori who helped us with updating our paper and conducted pre-exam testing. Dr. Bob met with us for our exams. The exam was thorough with time taken to ensure clarification and understanding to arrive at the best correction. Second time seeing Dr. Bob over the years and will continue going forward. Lori then helped with frame selection and getting the best lenses for our needs. There was no up-selling, instead the experience was based on our needs and greatly appreciated.

Auto repair department, actually squeezed me in at the last minute! Helping a friend that was trying to ride it out on a spare tire and it blew out too. The shop closed at 7 pm and we came in without an appointment tire in hand, the manager said sorry too busy with what they had lined up already at 6:15 pm. Then he looked at the tire we had and stated our situation quickly and he said he would squeeze us in and it was ready in 10 minutes!!!
