Clear Lake True Value is a real gem in the community, known for its top notch service and customer service edge. The people who work there are the BEST OF THE BEST, with every employee offering help and guidance. Customers report unbelievable acts of kindness, from staff delivering appliances on their way home to literally fishing a customer's clothes from a dumpster, washing them, and returning them.
The store is highly recommended for appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers, as well as hardware and plumbing parts. Staff are described as professional, careful, friendly, efficient, honest, and kind, providing great advice that works perfectly. The gun department also receives specific praise for its service. While customers wish for longer Sunday hours and the addition of items like chicken feed, the overwhelming sentiment is that this store should be celebrated for its exceptional and helpful service that makes it a valued local business.

Robert in sporting goods was great! He went above and beyond to help my wife and me. He even took time to come out and meet our dog Patch. He is also great with dogs!

Bobs the best, pulled in as he was locking the doors and let me in to get the bolts I needed that night.
