their phone system doesn't allow to simply call and speak with someone. you have to either leave a message (the prompt explains this) or text a different number. I' not going to fight just to reach a company I'm gonna have to pay a lot of money to. I'll go to another company.

Superior Waterproofing did an amazing job putting drain tile in my basement. I was so pleased with the care they took with all the stuff in my basement, how they listened to all my questions and explained everything clearly. I had just bought my house in 2018 and discovered it had a bad leaking situation in heavy rain. After Superior did their work, there has not been a single drop of water in my basement since. They are kind, careful, competitively priced, and really know their stuff! I HIGHLY recommend Superior Weather Proofing for whatever weather proofing job you need done. Their name describes them perfectly!

I used Superior Waterproofing to install braces to hold up a basement wall and to install new drainage tiles. I had contacted 2-3 companies and decided on Superior Waterproofing because of their excellent reviews and references, the advice from the city building inspector and the great proven quality of their work. I was not disappointed. They did the work in a timely manner and were willing to answer any questions I had. If I texted or called, they got back to me in a very timely fashion. They were very patient with my questions and always made sure I understood exctly what they were going to do and why. In summary, being easy to work with, having a proven knowledge of the best way to do a project, their high quality of work and their friendliness make them a top rate company to complete your projects. Superior repaired foundation cracks in some of our condo foundations. We were impressed by their responsiveness, communication, and the work performed. They were also very reliable. I highly recommend them.

After several years struggling to find a good couch to put in my basement, I finally decided to go with a modular option - took 10 weeks to arrive. The day it shows up was the day I discovered how slipshod the handiwork of the previous owner truly was when they attempted to finish the walls. Water pooled around the perimeter and pushed through the composite flooring. After demo of the finished walls, clay had been pushed through the pores in my cinder block - from a family friend, I was recommended Superior Waterproofing. 110% satisfied that I did.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and collaborative, "Dewey" went to great lengths to understand my situation and made himself readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had (before, during, and after the project). We didn't just check the basement, but all my structures (interior/ext), the grade of my land, and the sump system. He encouraged my participation and actively suggested work/ways I could alleviate the strain on my home (some of which I completed before he started!). I was even able to clear the debris away myself and save a couple bucks.
My endeavor started as a headache, but I am stoked to have high quality work and industry expertise set me up proper going into 2025. My home is my greatest investment and the culmination of my livelihood - without Superior Waterproofing, I'd be leaving that to chance, kicking a can down the road till my water issues become a crisis. I can't give them enough praise for helping me turn a sour situation around with confidence.

Superior Waterproofing did an excellent job! The guys were very professional and organized. I really appreciated the information and the plan for repairing the basement since we had a lot of questions. We had been having a few issues for a couple of years and they were able to address all of our concerns. They also took the time to share with us the details of the project as they were working through the planned repairs.
I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their basement issues.

Highly recommend! Absolutely wonderful to work with! Came out quickly for an estimate. Let us know what the issue was and what the options were, and there was no pressure to do anything we weren't sure about. Great communication, and took the time to thoroughly answer all the questions we had. Explained how everything worked, so we could make the best decisions what to do. They did an excellent job fixing the water issues in our basement, and got the job done quicker than expected. I am very happy we chose them, and got to work with a nice, friendly, local company!

Very helpful contractor. Came in after a flash flood and calmed us down, talked us away from a 30K proposal a different company had tried to steer us into and gave us a much more reasonable and affordable option while being honest about realistic expectations when it comes to preparing for freak weather events.
Job was scheduled quickly and done well, no mess left behind. All interactions were friendly and helpful.

Superior waterproofing did an amazing job, They made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed and explained. Their work was absolutely amazing fast and efficient. They gave us a extremely fair estimate. They said the job would take 4 days and they finished in 3. In the future we will use their company for any and all basement projects.
