People have wonderful staff happy to share information about sewing and a space for group activities. Machines brought in for clean up or repair get quick service, less than a week, and return like new. People report great work, good prices, and friendly owners and staff. Turnaround is fast and the work makes machines purr. The place is described as the best, with friendly and helpful service that keeps people coming back for all machine needs.

Brought my Singer sewing machine in for a clean up. It had been many years since the last cleaning. The service was quick (I think it was 2 or 3 weeks turnaround) time and the machine works like new!!!! I am so happy with it. I definitely won't let so many years go by between cleanings now that I've found Casey's!
