After getting the run around for about 2 months from a business in New London Tag was able to get my truck in to replace the transmission. Business in New London said I only needed a valve body assembly, not the case. Tag and his guys had the truck back and running in 2 days! I can't thank him and his crew enough. It doesn't feel worth it to take my vehicle anywhere else. He doesn't sugarcoat the problems it has, nor jack up the repair rates just because he can. Probably the most honest and straightforward mechanic I've ever been to/heard about. Give him a try! He usually offers repairs at different cost levels depending on what you need out of it, but he'll be upfront about how long such a repair would last. “Took my vehicle in because I saw a nail in the tire while filling up with fuel. They got me in the same day and removed the nail from my tire. Upon further inspection, the nail didn't fully penetrate the tire so a repair wasn't necessary and they didn't even charge me for service.”
